Everyone should be able to find to help when they need it
One of the great things about our local Drupal community is just that - the community. We recently had the opportunity to give a little back, when we were brought in to assist with the final visual presentation of the online version of the Rose City Resource Guide from Street Roots. What began as an effort to map resources dedicated to assisting the homeless turned into a massive volunteer undertaking to provide a tool for the local nonprofit to better manage and publish their data.
Working with project managers like Sarah Beecroft and developer Melissa Anderson and after close consultation with Street Roots, we rounded up Portland designer Stacy Westbrook and created a custom theme for the Guide. Hugs all around.
